The focus of the learning experiences is divided between conceptual knowledge (reviewing basics, identifying facilities, discussing rules, and describing techniques) and practical application (demonstrating and executing skills).

    Key activities involve:

    • Using digital devices to search for and observe video clips of skills and facilities.

    • Engaging in practical demonstrations and practice sessions of specific techniques.

    • Playing mini-games to apply combined skills while observing safety and rules.

    • Improvising facilities and equipment where necessary (e.g., in Football and Volleyball).

    Learning Area Outcomes
